You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and every 100 points is worth $5 off a future order — so points are worth 5% of what you spend at the standard rate. A paid tier multiplies what each order earns without changing what a point is worth: Plus earns 1.5x (7.5% back) and Pro earns 2x (10% back) on the same order. Points come off future orders rather than the one that earned them.

Yes. The Pro discount stacks — it comes off your order total after whatever sale pricing or promo code you're already using, rather than replacing it.
Counting the 5% discount and the 2x points together, Pro covers its $100 at about $667 of monthly orders — the two stack to 15% back. On the discount alone, ignoring points entirely, it takes about $2,000 a month. Free 2-day shipping isn't counted in either figure. If your lab orders less than that, Plus at $50 is usually the better fit.

No. Points stay on your account and keep accruing. If you cancel a paid tier you keep every point you've already earned — you just go back to earning at the standard rate.
